No problem! We love meeting with camps 1:1. We provide online software demos by scheduled appointment. There’s no commitment required. Just honest conversation. Fill out our form and pick a time that suits your team!

Buying software as part of a group or committee?

Perfect! You can schedule a demo and invite other members of your team to join. We understand that purchasing the right camp software is a process that often involves multiple departments and decision makers at your camp.

Virtual iCampPro Events

In addition to the in-person camp community events that we attend, iCampPro hosts regular virtual events for our customers to connect and learn more about the software and best practices. These events typically take place online once a month, with exceptions in June & July when camps are busiest. 


We call these online customer-only events our Campfire Learning sessions. It’s a great chance for attendees to submit questions to have them answered, tune in to learn about best practices, and provide our team with live feedback.
