    User management in iCampPro’s Admin Portal follows security best practices by encouraging camps to set up unique logins for every system user with no limits. Additional modern security measures are available to restrict new user creation or add MFA via SSO login. Role-based or unique user permissions and easy onboarding and offboarding tools allow your team to control who has access to your account and when. 

  • Can I control what info different staff members see in iCampPro?

    Yes! You can create custom roles with job-level permissions and/or manage individual abilities (permissions) for each user in the Admin Portal. This allows your team to limit what details are visible to each team member using the software. 

  • Can I easily track who made changes in the system?

    Yes! Changes to events, camp families, users, and more are tracked in audit logs which are available to administrators and super-admins by default. The audit logs enable teams to see when and which data was changed alongside the user and a date and time stamp. 

  • What Tools Do Admins Have to Assist Staff with Login?

    To keep logins as secure as possible, admins may assist staff users by sending a password reset email which will prompt them to update their password. Alternatively, admins can choose to set a password for a new user which meets certain security requirements. Make it a temporary password only by opting to require the user to change their password when they sign in. Admin portal users can reset their password at any time by using the “forgot password” tool at sign-in.
